Working with Dave was a pleasure. He offered great advice from the very beginning and gave excellent recommendations. They replaced my roof, skylights, gutters, replaced some rotten plywood and re-sealed my chimney -- all for a very reasonable price. We worked with Racine Roofing from start to finish for our new roof. Dave Martin, the owner, was very professional and patient. We had a lot of questions and wanted to make sure the job was exactly what WE wanted. Dave helped us with different colors and manufacturers of shingles. He gave us options for the "extras"; vent fans, power vents, etc. He worked hard to make us happy! He spent hours with us to ensure we were comfortable with the entire process and he worked directly with our insurance company to make sure we got all we were entitled to. (hail damage) He and his crew spent 4 days at our house (big roof) and did all the extra care to make sure none of our flowers, bushes, trees, windows, etc. were damaged. Racine Roofing is top notch! Dave sets the bar for customer service as he almost always answers the phone, and if he missed my call he calls me back within minutes. I was very impressed by how easy it was to talk to him and his candor and straight forward advice. He never once tried to up sell me on anything. He tore off the old roof, was able to reuse the existing gutters, replaced the attic vents and fixed some rotting wood. I felt confident that we made the right choice for our roof replacement. Dave and his crew did an excellent job on our roof. The original job was scheduled for 3 days however, they ran into some troubling areas but we're steadfast in completing the job and doing it right.
