Nick was very personable, polite and explained everything he was going to do before he did it. He also explained how the generator was perfuming after the inspection. Service was performed under a maintenance plan so price below is not for just one visit.

By far the most problems we’ve had with a routine maintenance service. Cancelled the original appointment via an email. I think a phone call would’ve been more appropriate so I would’ve known the technician wasn’t coming (I don’t check my personal email everyday unless I’m expecting something) and I could’ve rescheduled the appointment for a date/time that would’ve allowed for me to be home. Instead, Rack rescheduled on their own, didn’t tell me about the scheduled service and sent a technician when I was at work. I found out he was coming when he called me that he was 20 minutes away. We have a privacy fence near the generator so the neighbors don’t have to see the generator. Dec. 2025. Had contract maintenance today for my whole house generator. Jared was excellent , polite and extremely competent. Rack kept me informed me as to his arrival time. Positive experience.
