Unfortunately I did not get to actually get my dryer repaired. The lady who made my appointment does not know how to do her job correctly, between her lying about calling me to set an appointment to setting my appointment for the wrong day, then again for a different time. I still tried to work with her, but when I was put on hold for 10 mins and had to call back because she never got back on the phone that was enough. If anyone uses this company please go to the store to make an appointment because she Unfortunately does not know how to do her job.

Horrible experience. Dryer was working, but no heat. They sent Gary out, he changed heating element and something else. Thought job was done, paid him then got a call from a gas station that he was trying to cash the check we gave him. Dryer still wasn't heating. He failed to tell us he was getting yet another part and would be back the next day. Next day, came back, had to leave again for an hour to get yet another part. Dryer still didnt work. He was clueless. Said he could order more parts or give us a refund. We chose refund. This man obviously does not know what he is doing. He even failed to put the dryer back together before he left. So professional.

I have done business with them a few times over the years. I always thought they were polite, Professional, and very honest. I had the opportunity to do business with them again on 6-4-2025. I have to say that I would and will recommend them to everyone I know. The owner did me a fair deal and proceeded to make sure I was totally Happy. I pray that his business continues to succeed and that his customer base continues to grow! Great Job Guys. Thanks

We had a service appointment today. They never came and gave us the run around all day. They are horrible and so is Lowes Extended Warranty Service.

Called up early this morning to see if they had a belt to fix my dryer. And they did. Staff was great and very professional. When I called later telling them I broke another piece on my dryer, they had the replacement part in 30 minutes. Great business. Thank you very much.
