I’ve had an issue with water getting in my crawl space from running in under my foundation since I bought my house. It got to the point that I had to do something about it. My crawlspace was a total disaster! The insulation was falling down everywhere, water was pooling in the floor and mold and fungus was on all the joist and sub-flooring. I freaked out it was so bad. You would think that when your house was built that they would put more than a piece of black plastic on the dirt floor. After 28 years this was not enough.
