Ragsdale recently came for both my quarterly A/C maintenance and for toilet repair. Two different techs but they made it work on the same day which was a definite time saving! Both techs were thorough and efficient at their respective tasks! Best of all no hidden fees or extra costs. Both were fully covered under plan/warranty. Still glad I use them and I really appreciate how they take the time to explain as well as their honesty when they do not see any additional scope. Highly recommend using them

Yearly HVAC system checkup was scheduled for today and the technician arrived at the home within the specified timeframe. Mark got right to work. He took the time to share his analysis of the system and made me aware or a potential issue with a part that was tested. He explained in detail the pros and cons of replacing it at a cost (the same analysis as the last servicing that I chose to delay). After authorizing the replacement, he quickly finished up the process. I was grateful that he took the time to provide an explanation in a very professional manner. Ragsdale continues to provide quality customer service.

I had a great experience with Ragsdale Heating and Air. Although I wasn’t serviced during my originally scheduled appointment, the communication throughout the day was excellent. I received updates letting me know when the technician would arrive, which I really appreciated. Wesley, the service technician, was courteous, professional, and took the time to clearly explain everything he did during his visit. Even with the scheduling issue, the transparency and customer service stood out. I would highly recommend Ragsdale Heating and Air and would definitely use them again in the future. *I am unsure if they offer military discounts, I did not ask for one*

Once again, phenomenal service from Ragsdale. Our heat pump went out 2 days before a major ice storm. I was able to get an appointment the very next day. Chris the technician was prompt, professional, and has us up and running in an hour. He did a very thorough inspection of our system. They installed our system and have provided excellent customer service along the way.
