I've had a maintenance plan with Ragsdale for years now, but I have used them for HVAC replacement as well as for plumbing type issues. I have been very happy with the skill, convenience and variety of services offered from Ragsdale. A great company with great employees in my opinion!

Great customer service! More than a year following installation of a new HVAC, I finally contacted Ragsdale to come back out to do a routine check up. Cost of the first two maintenance visits were included in my initial purchase. The phone clerk accommodated my schedule when setting me up for this service. The technician, Tiante, arrived on time and he was polite, professional, and worked efficiently to make sure my system was operating well. I'm very satisfied with Ragsdale Heating and Air.

Changed out a 12 year old water heater that was spewing copper-colored water, fully explained the problem, implemented the fix and completed the removal and installation in a quick and professional manner.
