I paid this company almost $5k. The rugs I ordered cost about half as much. I will not speak about the quality of the rugs because this business orders them from other sources. I agreed to pay almost double the price for their labor and because I expected at least half decent service with no headache. Boy was I wrong. They took my cooperation as license for them to extort me for as much money as they could. After agreeing to a price, giving them half the money as a deposit, and waiting over a month, they told me they would not put in the rugs without additional money to move my furniture. I do not live in a huge house. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and I just moved in. I refused to pay them any more than the agreed amount.
