We had a great experience with new flooring for our finished basement. They removed the old carpet, measured for new vinyl tile, and we are so pleased with the way it looks in our space! Everyone involved in the process was friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

We had Rainbow come out and do our staircase going to our basement about 4 years ago and of course the bottom gets worn out. So they replaced the worn out carpet, matched perfectly from their large variety of stock. The installer was professional, polite and he did it the very next day. I highly recommend their services.

This company puts Lowe's and Home Depot to shame! Lowe's came out to measure for carpeting last week and said I would get a call within 48 hours to schedule the installation. That was five days ago! And I couldn't even get waited on at Home Depot! I walked into Rainbow Carpet and was out within 20 minutes with my carpet choice and installation date (which is six days away! Woohoo!). And they don't accept payment until the installation is done and you've given the job your approval!

The owner is a racist, but she will be nicer to you if you go to church... Her niece is the most miserable condescending despondent human being you will ever have the displeasure of meeting. If you are having a great day, don’t let them ruin it, go somewhere else. If you are having a bad day, go on in and they will show you how much worse it could be.
