Let me start off by saying this, I didn't get a chance to utilize the services here. The owners honesty actually saved me from spending unnecessary money 💰. Let me explain: I called for my 8×10 shaggy rug cleaned. He asked did I get it from TJ Maxx or a home goods store I responded with, "Burlington Coat Factory ". He said cleaning is $2.50 per square foot, will come out to almost a couple hundred and that it'll be cheaper to get a new one unless it had sentimental value. It doesn't have sentimental value and he saved me the time and money. I can get a new one for $89. He said it didn't sit right with him not to tell this! I called for duct and carpet cleaning and was given an appointment quickly. The guys just left after cleaning the duct work and they were professional, friendly, and left my home as clean as when they came---except the ducts were much cleaner. Very pleased with the service. Will use them again and just found out how many other services they can provide. They have steam cleaned my carpets for two years now and I won't use any other company. They are coming back next week to clean all the carpet.

The GM Jennifer was prompt in scheduling me an appointment. They had me booked within the same week. I knew exactly what to expect. The gentleman that cleaned the carpets was friendly and got straight to work. He allowed me to inspect before he left and I had zero complaints. It was a reasonable cost to have my carpets returned to their full plushness and clean smell!
