The estimator was quick to arrive, and he was nice, but communication was not great throughout the company. I never got an estimate for my additional request like promised. The admin was bad at communicating. I asked several times how I could help to make things go smooth and she ignored me each time. The day of repairs, the team was nice but they only did portion of the work due to miscommunication internally. They had to come back next day to finish. Though they did a good job with repairs, I have noticed that all rooms that were in the repair One are covered in a layer of drywall dust. Their covers did nothing. I am now spending days deep cleaning everything I own. Every single item needs to be cleaned because my kid has allergies. We could have handled this alot better.

William and his team were kind, thorough, efficient, and professional! We had just had a fire in our house and were under a lot of related stress, and he and his team did an excellent job of remediating the situation, explaining the work being done, and maintaining strong contact throughout. And the work was also of high quality. We highly recommend Rainbow International of Oxon Hill!

I had water damage from an ice maker in my refrigerator. William came out and explained to me everything that needed to be done. He is knowledgeable and his explanation was easy for me to comprehend. I agreed to the work and he started right away. He was always professional, pleasant and responsive. I would definitely use his services again and recommend him.

Rainbow international helped us after a water heater leak damaged our basement. They took care of drying out the basement, removing wet drywall and flooring, moving our furniture out of the basement into a storage pod that they also provided, and then moving the items back into our home after all repairs were complete. They were always friendly, responsive, thorough, and accommodating. They made a difficult situation more tolerable.

The gentlemen have been very professional and responsive from start until now. They know their profession and give good advice and service. I trust that this high quality of service will last until we are finalized with the restoration. Today was William's first time coming and he was excellent.
