Our experience with Rainbow Restoration was top notch! After discovering some water damage, Rainbow promptly sent their crew to begin the repair process. They were so helpful and calming in explaining to us everything they were doing; this was very reassuring. They stayed on a consistent timeline and worked so well with our insurance. Plus... they are all just so nice and easy to work with. We are so pleased with the work they did restoring our room back to its original state. We highly recommend them . You will not be disappointed.

The team (Kayla, Annabel, Paris, Connor, John V, Charles, Jackson, John D, Victoria, Joey) at Rainbow Restoration were truly AMAZING! They have gone above and beyond during what was an extremely stressful homeowner event!! They were always a phone call or email away to make sure we were taken care of and to answer our questions or concerns! If you ever need a company you can trust, Rainbow is the business to call!

We were very impressed with this company, thanks to BLAKE SMITH. He was awesome to work with. He communicated very well with us, he was candid with us regarding the process, and his crew did a fantastic job removing our damaged materials and cleaning up the debris. A terrible experience was made a little better by his presence and demeanor. I highly recommend this company!

I contacted Rainbow to do the repairs after another company did my water mitigation and strangely went silent after the work was done , wouldn't return my calls, texts or emails - its been over a month and I still haven't received a bill . BUT I needed the rebuild done so I contacted Carrie at Rainbow , She was excellent in explaining how the process would go , got my insurance info , contacted my adjuster and with in days a crew was here to do the repairs. The men were very nice and polite and worked fast to get it done....Too fast! that's the reason for the 4 star rating, once the job was done I did point out some spots that I said looked wonky , they both responded that it was only because the paint wasn't dry and it would look better in the morning. Rainbow Restoration of Athens is such great company, I appreciated every single one of their employees who moved my contents by packing them and storing them from the water damage in my home. Nothing was damaged leaving or returning, they moved quickly and had my home and items ready in two weeks time. Their contents crew with Connor, Jackson, Paris, and Kayla were such a great help to me. They answered any question in an instant, I will forever be grateful to all the other members who helped me out with the structure like Karl, Leo, Brandon, John Davis. and John W. I would be happy to refer this company to anyone who needs assistance with this kind of work, because they made my house look just the same as it was before all damage happened.
