I reached out to Rainbow for advice about possible mold after a minor flood of condensation from the HVAC in my attic crawlspace. Justin took moisture readings and performed a visual inspection in the crawlspace and concluded that where was no evidence of mold. He reaffirmed that I should work to resolve the cause of the moisture, and suggested looking under the platform during my planned HVAC update. Justin's approachable demeanor made it easy to ask important and clarifying questions as he surveyed the situation. His expertise and knowledge was impressive and made me feel confident in my decisions moving forward. I will be in good hands in the event that I need to use more of their services in the future.

We had some ductwork that had started to come apart at a property i manage and it needed to be replaced. We called Rainbow in Charlottesville to come give us an estimate one removing all the old insulation so the ductwork could be replaced. The estimate came very quickly and was reasonably priced so we decided to proceed. They showed up, removed all of the old insulation and arranged for a dumpster to be on site for the removal process. When the left you couldn't tell they had even been there. They cleaned up every drop of insulation and handled the entire job very professionally. Garrett and crew from Rainbow Restoration has been great to work with removing debris left from a tenant at my rental property. Everyone has been kind, courteous and very responsive to my questions. In one day they were able to remove all debris from inside the house, garage and outdoors. Four large dumpsters later and all the trash and waste is gone. Thank you for your help during this difficult time.

We had a wax seal failure in one of our bathrooms, which caused a leak that went through the floor into the ceiling of the level below. It was quite a moldy mess! Rainbow came in and cleaned it up quickly and professionally, providing updates, photos and clarity the whole way. When the time came to do the complete repair, they were courteous and respectful of our property, and continued to give us clear updates on progress and expectations. At the end of the job, there was a little confusion over billing, and the team and Rainbow was diligent to address the relevant discrepancies and ensure the billing was handled correctly, before I issued the final payment. Ultimately, a great experience dealing with a not-great situation. I am really glad we went with them!
