Blake Johnson and his Rainbow Restoration crew did a really great job replacing our flooring that was damaged by a water leak in an adjacent townhouse. The men in the crew were courteous, efficient, industrious and handled our furniture and other personal property with care as they packed everything in boxes or wrapped furniture in blankets with plastic for protection from damage. The boxes and furniture was then moved to the garage or second floor of our home and returned with no damage after the flooring was replaced. The flooring, trim and painting was all accomplished within the promised time period and the few items on the final punch list were corrected in a timely manner. My upstairs master bathroom toilet hose broke loose from the tank and flooded my bathroom, laundry room and part of the garage. Rainbow Restoration came and removed all of the damaged flooring, ceilings and walls. Although I was at home and able to stop the flood before it spread through out the entire house, it was still fairly extensive. The owner, project manager, and workers were very knowledgeable and skilled at what they did. If I noticed a problem, they fixed it. I am very pleased with the restoration of my home. I would highly recommend this company.

This company performed plumbing work on a property near mine. The sewer lines were originally placed on my property(during development). I asked if the lines could be moved over 2 feet to her property since they were already replacing the plumbing. The workers suggested I speak with their supervisor. I did and he was condescending, arrogant and rude. He stated that I should just get "on with my life, be happy and not worry about lines underground whether they were on my property or not." He refused to listen to reason and stated he did not believe the workers were on my property.

The owner has an excellent background in insurance as an adjuster so his knowledge of what insurance will cover is unbeatable. He cares about his customers and see the jobs through to the end. Great experience with my claim!
