Rainbow Restoration of Huntsville & Conroe

I just want to start by saying we called rainbow international of Conroe and Huntsville for water remediation and mold removal. Ryan and his crew were very thorough and professional. They had all the electronic tools they needed to pick up moisture where ever my floors and walls were wet. I didn’t even realize my cabinets were wet also. And since my house was built in 1978 they did a test and found lead paint in my house. I was totally shocked to find that out. and not only that they took samples to check for asbestos. We’re waiting for the results of that test.My Allstate agent Anthony recommended rainbow international of Conroe and Huntsville. I feel that Allstate really had my back by recommending this company. I am almost 65years old with a neck injury and can’t afford unexpected expe

Crew did an excellent job of removing the build up of dust and dander on ceilings and walls. Thomas(supervisor) responded within 2 hours of my request (on a Monday morning at 8am) and was able to get a crew to work on my house by 8pm that night.

Ryan did an amazing job cleaning up water from a faucet issue at our house. He came promptly, prepared to work and stayed until he can done what was needed. He always called to let us know he was on his way, was respectful of our property and time. He was knowledgeable and took care of business.

A few weeks ago we had a pipe bust in our slab which resulted in water damage over half the house. This was a first time for us dealing with something like this as well as using our home owners insurance. From the very first moment Ryan knocked on the door he’s made this process very smooth, understandable and as painless as possible. 10/10 would recommend him and rainbow to family, friends, and strangers!

Our kitchen incurred water damage last week. Our service Tech with Rainbow restoration, Ryan, did an amazing job. He was informative and demonstrated great communication and skill level. He knew just what to do and predicted the timeline with accuracy. He helped put us at ease with the situation and assure us about the outcome. We would definitely use Rainbow Restoration again, and intend to follow up with the repairs.
