Ward's Tractor Service & Land Clearing

Cody and his crew done an outstanding job of the dirt work and concrete required to build a shop on our terribly uneven terrain. He oversaw all of the work and done most of the grade work himself. He was at the job site everyday and listened to what we wanted to accomplish. He is very detail oriented and made sure we were always pleased with the direction things were moving. We will get him back when the shop building is completed to dress up all the areas and put down some topsoil to aid in vegetation growth. We were very pleased with his work and his dedication to doing it right.

I can’t recommend Cody and his team enough. Our property started out as just 2 acres of woods and they have done everything from start to finish. We have had him come out several times to do different things from land clearing, pad site, mulching, tree removal, dirt work, and driveway. He’s Honest, meticulous, and shows up on time, every time. Can’t say enough good about Cody’s work. We will continue to use him in the future!

Cody Ward and his guys did an outstanding job. Very professional crew with the right equipment to get the job done. In 2- weeks I had a 1 acre pond (14' Deep), my driveway repaired, 1 acre of property underbrushed and a lot of dirt work completed at another site on my property. Will def use them again. Best part of the entire process was the consistent communication from Cody regarding the progress, I did appreciate that. Solid work gentlemen, thank you again!

I recently had some of my property cleared by Ward's Tractor Service. Cody and his guys do awesome work and I feel as if they are doing the project like it was at their own property. If you're looking for any kind of land work I would suggest using them. When they are finished you will find the job looks better than you anticipated which is always a great feeling.

Cody and his team did a great job for us on a new plot of land that was too overgrown to even walk through. He gave us our first good look at the property we have, and we could not be happier with the results. He was quick, efficient, and fair with the time spent. We’ll be calling him back out again for the next phase.
