Rainbow Restoration of Mid Central Valley

I wish I could give zero stars. Rainbow was provided to us by our insurance last June for a kitchen faucet that was leaking because it was backed up. The result was a complete kitchen remodel because cabinets in the sink area were ruined beyond repair. It took them 4 months to finish due to MANY mistakes consistently made. They had to assign a new supervisor, and a new work team because the first team messed up so badly. The second team seemed like they were going to be better, but all the lead seemed to be concerned about was that we leave him a good review on Yelp. Even upon completion, there were still doors hung wrong on cabinets that they refused to fix AND we lost about 2/3 cupboard space with the new cabinets that the first supervisor said would be “so great”. The entire team from office staff to those in the field were incredible. They came out the same day, gave us a quote about half of our first quote and started our restoration the next day. The restoration team of Jose, Alex, Richard and Mathias were detailed in their work and kept us informed. We would highly recommend Rainbow for any restoration needs.

I really appreciate Erik for coming over to thoroughly inspect my home for water damage. Luckily, there was no leak but he took the time and effort to examine every possible source to give us peace of mind. Thank you Erik and the Rainbow team!

I recently had Rainbow International Restoration come in to restore my home after some serious damage, and I have to say the experience was fantastic.
