I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a water leak in my condo due to a washer pressure sensor malfunction. Rainbow International was quick to respond and immediately got us on the schedule for mitigation and restoration. Their professionalism and efficiency were beyond impressive, making an otherwise stressful situation much easier to handle. Special thanks to Edas, who was instrumental in guiding me through the entire restoration plan. His clear communication and reassurance were invaluable, especially as it was my first time dealing with such an issue. I highly recommend their services!

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! If I could give them zero stars I would. We had a water heater explode and it got into our family room. They sent out people who spoke no english and I don't speak spanish so it was impossible to communicate with them. When they came back to pick up the dryers, there machines left a rust stain on my brand new carpet. They said they would come and clean it th next day and never came. I called and emailed several times and someone finally got back to me and told me to call my insurance company. To boot, they ripped off my insurance company. They sent me an invoice for $870 and actually billed my insurance company $1372. What kind of company does this??? I have attached pictures of the rust stains they refused to clean left by THEIR MACHINES

Excellent services. Good employees to work with. Alexis Callejas project. Manager was a superb learder as the team packed out my elite house do the fire damage. The cleaned three floors from ceiling to floor. Gutted the entire kitchen. When I tell you because of the careful detailed work I rest easy during this experience. I am so greatful for having them.
