Rainbow Valley Design & Construction

We hired them to remodel our kitchen, dining room and family room. We were inspired by their earlier reviews. Unfortunately our project was disappointing and costly. We cannot recommend them. They may have done good work in the past. Our experience was painful, long and expensive.

Rainbow Valley Design & Construction have done two major outdoor stone projects for me and each project has been a huge success. Everything I hoped for - and more! - was achieved by Jon, Ali, Josh, and Justin. Each of them was great to work with and everything about the way RVDC organizes itself and communicates is excellent. I also had a major problem with my chimney, which Dean and Jeremy solved with brilliance. I give Rainbow Valley my highest recommendation and will always turn to them for all my home and garden projects.

We have used several contractors in the Eugene area during our time living here and Rainbow Valley is by far the best. The quality of their work was outstanding and they went out of their way to repair a couple issues recently related to a faulty window that had been installed 5 years ago. They didn't have to warranty the work and I didn't expect them to but they did anyway. Craftsmanship and integrity the way it should be.

These guys are great! Starting with Alec, who had great ideas for our home remodel and drew great plans, all the way to the crew, who did beautiful, meticulous work. In spite of the fact that almost our whole house was being worked on, we were still able to live comfortable, as they cleaned up every day after work. The carpenters came to feel like part of our family. We have had so many comments about how great our house looks. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I recently completed an attached outdoor patio and partial room remodel with Rainbow Valley's "Small Projects" Team. We couldn't be happier. Their contract and customer communication process is transparent and personal. All the sub contractors were super and any little glitch was immediately addressed. The patio is exactly like we envisioned. Highly recommended.
