Jared Seecrist & his crew did an exceptional job on repairing water damage on our wood floor from a broken valve on sub zero refrigerator. Jared responded immediately to my call & receptionist Melissa was very exceptionally helpful & friendly. Highly recommend them.

What started out as a major inconvenience (basement flooding) ended in an even better living space for our family. Rain Fire Restoration was a pleasure to work with. They were excellent with communication and went the extra mile numerous times to ensure we had what we needed. This was especially helpful when working around our toddler's room, where they were sure to prioritize their work to make sure she had a comfortable place to sleep at night. A water pipe broke and flooded my basement days before Christmas and a plan trip out of state. Rain Fire came almost immediately to begin the restoration work. Knowing I had plans to go out of town they went the extra mile to get things done as quickly as possible. I was impressed with all Their staff. I have a home in Moab that experienced a sewer back up and they were the only company willing to commit because of the location. I was reassured by Jared that my home would be taken care of and that my belongings that were not affected would be boxed and bagged. On the first day that the team arrived, I met them there to introduce myself and get more information of what the process would be but found that they were more interested in the recreational activities than the work at hand but I was reassured that my belongings would be taken care of. After 2 weeks of zero updates or communication from anyone, I came to find that the only items bagged were my bedding, towels & pillows. Had a great experience with RainFire! We had two water problems in our basement. RainFire remediated one side quickly and cleanly, and they gave me some great tips to tackle the other problem on our own and achieve good results. I would not hesitate to call them again, although I hope I never have to!
