Rainmaker Irrigation

Craig seems too busy to bother with repairs. I was charged for service calls for a leak that I thought I had, and was told everything was fine. Second opinion was gotten…. Thankfully I got someone that spent time and did full evaluation of system. We had 2 leaks and 1 broken head ( the one I had asked about before). We had to move a few heads and change out a few heads. Finally everything is working as it should. Wish I had gotten second opinion long ago.

I called them for help with my drip line that wasn't working. Spoke with Craig who was very busy (lots of customers!) but he made sure to make time for me. He talked me through a few steps to try and troubleshoot the problem myself before a visit from them, as the solution was most likely something I could fix on my own. I really respect that approach rather than just seeing me as $$. Turns out the steps he talked me through over the phone solved my problem! Very pleased with the help I received and I will be calling them again when I have problems with my irrigation system.

Had someone come out to repair a leak on our backflow. Was initially told the leak did not exist, then when I showed the inspector the leak, was told it "didn't matter." We just failed our backflow inspection because of it.

1st experience today was excellent and they are so close by. We plan an ongoing relationship! They worked us in when we thought it would be several days out.

Craig and his team have been great. Very responsive and informative with everything. High quality work. Highly recommend.
