Rains Pump Service

What a week! Ac went down for the third time in three weeks, then the next day the well quit! First ones to call back of the three companies I called and fit me in to the tight schedule they had. These guy are definitely hard working and family owned and it definitely shows. Big thanks to Rains pump service! Definitely recommend!

Cody and team have been servicing my water system for 10 years. They've replaced my well, dug in new wiring, and replaced my pressure tank over various visits through the years. They are incredibly reliable, friendly and fair. This is the kind of local family company you want to do business with, cannot recommend highly enough.

This company is amazing, responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and in a well emergency as quick to respond. Would highly recommend without a doubt. I have called them on a number of occasions and they have prepared and saved the day, which means a lot, on a large equestrian horse ranch. I would highly recommend this company! Thank you.

This local family business is top notch. Dad came on Sunday when I had no water and patched it. Son came on Wednesday and replaced my pump. I was truly grateful for their kindness, professionalism and hard work! Thank you so much!

I called in the morning and they gladly said they would come by to check out the problem. Arrived on site checked all the less expensive parts went a little deeper and there was an obvious problem in the well. It’s 5:00 pm before a holiday weekend they gave me the option to cripple along until the next afternoon as they had an early morning pull out or they were willing to get to right then, I decided to open that can of worms (pull the pump). I have never dealt with a pump service that gives the customer so many options. In the end because of the age of the pump it was decided by me to replace. I can’t say enough good about the professionalism of Rains, they are a breath of fresh air in today’s service industry, thanks again for 10 stars service!!
