I am a realtor and called to get an estimate/inspection for a foundation appointment was made with Lucas for a Thursday and the report was promised on Friday it is now Tuesday and still no report. I spoke with Lucas and Brad(the inspector) on Monday was promised the report again to no avail. Very poor customer service and commutation. Would not recommend this company.

One of the best customer service experiences we have ever had! Brad showed up the same day I first talked to him to take a look at a leaking crack in our basement. Once I got home from work and exposed the full crack, Brad came to our house THAT NIGHT to seal and repair the issue. Would recommend 10/10! Thank you Brad!
