We had an excellent experience with Raircon! We contacted them to repair the air conditioner unit in our rental property. From the first phone call, Marcus set the tone. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and professional, answering all my questions and guiding me through the process with ease. When the technician, Argelio, arrived, he was just as fantastic. He was prompt, courteous, and clearly very skilled at his work. He explained everything he was doing, made sure our tenants understood, and completed the job efficiently and thoroughly. It’s rare to find a company where both the customer service and technical expertise are top-notch. Raircon delivered on both fronts, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend!

Disappointment with My AC Unit I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my new air conditioning unit. Since the very start, it has consistently presented numerous issues. It frequently malfunctions, suffers from clogging, and has persistent leaks, making it a frustrating experience overall. Since day one, this AC unit has proven to be a disappointment. While the manufacturer, Climate Master, has been cited in discussions about its reliability, I suspect that I may have received a refurbished model. This situation has turned what should be a simple comfort into a significant inconvenience.

I have a condo that I use for vacationing several times a year. Recently I found that the old AC unit had been leaking which damaged the ceiling. Raircon replaced the old AC and repaired the ceiling all within 1 week of receiving approvals. The work appears professionally done and looks great!

pretty bad service I experienced from an AC company. I hired Raircon to do a maintenance AC coil cleaning Job for a property I manage on South Beach. They are claiming they cleaned the two AC units at the apartment, but after careful inspection, the two AC units was in the same condition. I had to get a mold inspector to provide proof that this company didn't do the job. However, they keep blaming everyone expect themselves. In addition, I provided the owner of Raircon with photos and with a professional inspection report showing the AC still had mold and dirt. Its extremely disappointing that not only they charge the owner $475.00 to clean the two AC units, but they also got paid more than $13,000 to replace the entire two AC units. After water damage my unit had to be disconnected & then reconnected to the wall, Karel was very helpful in organizing all the details & the appointments. Angel was the technician in charge of the reconnection, he was very detailed oriented & a perfectionist he did an amazing job, making sure the new parts would be the perfect fits. Assisted by Damian they were both committed to provide an excellent service & finish the job despite of power cuts & parking delays.. I was highly impressed with such a high quality service & would definitely recommend this company...
