Just had RALCO finish up installing a Kohler 14kw generator. This company is amazing. Every single employee I dealt with, whether on the phone or at my house, was fantastic. Knowledgeable. Professional. Excellent communication through the entire process. I was left with the impression that they know how to hire and retain the right people. The only negative involves the Kohler app, which is literally useless. Supposedly Kohler is developing a new one. RALCO is certainly well aware of it but was not upfront about it. After installation I tried to discuss the issue with RALCO but was ignored. Eventually somebody gave me a straight answer but it took a lot of effort and frustration to get there. Bottom line: customer service after installation could stand improvement.

I've had issues with my Strada RV since day one. I traveled from one dealership to another, and none of them could fix the problem. In almost three years, I had the A/C unit and power converter replaced, with tens of hours of labor involved — thankfully all under warranty. One of the dealerships eventually gave up and recommended RALCO GENERATORS. They were fully booked but were kind enough to take a quick look. That’s when we met Jonathan Owen, the service manager. Within 15 minutes — using just a multimeter and a screwdriver — he found the issue that multiple big-name service centers with all their high-tech tools and diagnostics couldn't find. Since they were busy, Jonathan even walked us through how to fix it ourselves. Professionalism and knowledge. Will always recommend this place.

Ralco installed a generator for us. The whole crew from installers to the final step of hooking it up and testing it was very professional, and everyone was so nice. i would highly recommend this company.

RALCO Electric installed a Kohler generator at my house this past winter. From the start, information was presented clearly, and Chris H. was accessible to answer questions I had. Every phase of the installation was explained well before the workmen started. Each team or individual was courteous and diligent in their work. They were neat in their work, and even the dog liked them all! The final run- through included instructions for me that actually "stuck"! RALCO Electric installed a 20kW Kohler generator at my moms house and did a fanstastic job. From start to finish, everyone there was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions. The technicians were neat and efficient with the installation and went over everything with my mom once it was completed.
