Ralph Hays Roofing

I received your bid for a reroof of my tile roof. I requested a quote from Ralph Hays Roofing based on my understanding of your firm being a long-time local firm that I expected to be on the high end but also expected to be the most professional. I received 5 quotes from A plus firms by the BBB and found all 4 of the other firms to be more professional. The other quotes were all within 20% of each other: but your quote was 3 times more than the average of the other 4. If you did not want the job, please just say so but to insult me with this quote demanded this curt response to your firm.

Great company, great service, and the price reasonable. Give them a try, they did a great job on my roof 11 years ago, no problems and now they're doing it again after storm damage, I have complete confidence in them 🌞p.s. now they came over and finished everything in one and a half days, pretty impressive like before. So I was approved for insurance after the storm to fix half the roof that was damaged, but for a little more I got the whole roof done very reasonable (Nov 2024) give them a chance on a free estimate, I am pleased for the second time 😎

My roof was severely damaged by a storm in July 2023. Ralph Hays Roofing responded quickly, professionally, and courteously. They kept me informed about the process and were friendly and flexible throughout. I cannot recommend them and their excellent crew highly enough, and I will definitely be using them for my future (hopefully non-emergency) roofing needs.

Make sure you get multiple estimates from other companies! I had got four estimates from three other big reputable roofing companies in Tucson, all three estimates were 6,500 all were within $200 of each other. Ralph Hayes came in at $10,000 for the exact same work, over 3,000 higher than all three other companies!
