Ralph's Heating and Air conditioning Services

Unfortunately I didn’t get the 2 guys names. I had service at 2 different addresses, one a boiler and the other forced air. Both guys were very professional, knowledgeable and customer service friendly. They cleaned up behind themselves and answered any questions I had. I will say Ralph Heating and Cooling is a brand that represents integrity which goes a long way with me. How can you service the heart of the house without integrity? I had the pleasure of having Ralph’s repair my boiler today. I learned about them because my dad prior to him passing away informed me that if we ever have problems with the boiler to make sure that I contacted them to take care of it and I did just that. Today I receive service that was professional from the time I made the phone call to schedule an appointment to the technician coming out and being extremely professional, and assisting me in a timely manner. The cost the phenomenal service there’s no comparison to another company that I made a mistake of calling prior to Ralph’s. I am extremely happy I signed up for the monthly service so that if something else happens to go wrong be OK I’ll feel covered. My boiler was leaking water through the pressure relief valve. Called and was assigned a service technician same day. He was able to diagnose the issue and I arranged for the repair to take place a few days later. Technician was courteous and professional and answered all questions. He was very thorough and ensured boiler was good before leaving.

My $100K steam boiler was installed by Ralph 2 years ago, since it was installed it never worked properly. Ralph technician came to my building twice last week and couldn't fix it. Today 12/5/25 John, the owner decided to tell me "Go find somebody else to fix your heat, I don't like your attitude" shame on you John, I will find someone else better & more professional than you are.

I had a boiler inspection check & cleaning performed & was very pleased with all phases of the visit. The boiler technician Sean was phenomenal, very professional, thorough & meticulous. The rating was not a 5 but a "10" Very satisfied!
