Just had some keys duplicated...although the worker/owner was very quick...he was also VERY rude...Just as a few others have stated in the reviews below. Claimed he was having family problems once I addressed his demeanor. Still no excuse to be nasty for no reason...

Keys don’t work! Go elsewhere. I went to Ralph’s today y oh get duplicate keys made for my mom who needs a caretaker. They assured me that they key duplicates were fine, even though the shape of the cuts looked different. He even pulled out a big key guide binder to demonstrate how the key he made may look different but is related. Well, none of the four keys he made for me - for which I paid cash - work. He said I could give back if they don’t work but it’s too late for tonight and I’ll just pay to have it dove properly tomorrow. Big waste of time and money. Avoid.

Called about making a copy of a motorcycle key. Said I don’t know I can’t see it from here and hung up before I can even explain
