Went in seeking info on my RO unit, sales guy made no push to sale me anything. He just wanted to explain the steps on fixing it. I already had 2 brand new filters under the sink... told me how to replace them and start from there. Only cost me 1 trip to their shop and 15 mins on getting educated. Very nice guys.
