RAM Windows & Doors

I had a great experience. Liam is awesome. He has proven to be knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. I was in contact with him for almost 2 years before I made a purchase and he never treated me less than an awesome customer. I will buy all of my windows from RAM moving forward.

We tried out RAM on a spec house west of DFW. We purchased windows and doors. The clean lines, minimal frames, and quality is all there. These are a great option if you are looking for an all aluminum option. We have worked with Liam in the Dallas office on multiple jobs now since then and he has been nothing but great to us. He’s always followed up and kept us in the loop on service issues and has provided us great solutions when we need them. We will be using RAM for more projects in the future for sure.

I used RAM for windows and sliding doors on a spec house we are selling in Dallas. The process was very easy and the attention to detail from the installing team was top notch. This was the first project I have done using Aluminum windows and I absolutely love it. Highly recommend. Thanks!

This review is a continuation of Matt Hines' review. Google would not let me post a review containing more than 4,000 characters. On or around July 25th we finally got a call from the RAM service department to schedule the issues I had initially reported to Dustin on May 22nd. This tells me Dustin apparently reported the issue; however, he didn't have the courtesy to ever text me back. On August 13th Tony McClain finally made it back to the house to adjust the doors to fix the grinding on the sliders and rectify the issue with the daylight coming in the master door (the May 22nd issue). Unfortunately, when he made the adjustment, I was in the garage and did not notice they left as it only took them about 10 minutes.
