Ramer demo’d our house and did a fantastic job! The dozer operator was like a surgeon and had the entire house leveled in 20 min!

We had our house demoed by Ramer Concrete. There was a delay on the demo because of weather and sickness which was completely understandable. Our house was demoed and we were happy with the results. The issue came when the city contacted Ramer about silt fencing around the demo which was required per the permit. Ramer then forwarded the email to me. If they had told me this was required per the permit and it would be an additional cost I would have understood. Instead I was told that they did not want to do the silt fencing and never informed me at the time of demo. Conversations with the city revealed that they would have been told when the permit was issued.

Drinking on the job my guy was swerving lanes and cutting vehicles off definitely more trustworthy contractors out there
