The Rammell Construction team installed our pool for us. They were all very helpful and easy to work with. Especially when dealing with our HOA. Anytime there’s any big projects like this there are always potential hiccups and delays that can happen. When we had issues come up, Juan and his team were open to communicating problems, they addressed them quickly, and were great to work with during the process. When there were delays it was communicated clearly to us why and when to expect work to continue. Thanks Rammell Construction!!! We highly recommend.

Rammell Construction was everything I hoped for in refurbishing my pool. Juan's knowledge from the outset was totally reassuring. The quote was better value than competitors and the work was flawless. They are big enough to send a specialist team of 6 to remove plaster within a couple of hours. And then another team to re-plaster, in probably the same amount of time. But they are personable enough to help me through all my concerns about parts of an old mechanism and wifi control. Any detail I raised was immediately and comprehensively dealt, without the slightest quibble. For each of the five days following completion, they returned to clean the pool and re-check their work. Rammell Construction is a rare find.

Rammell completed a pool remodel for us in June 2021. Afterward, we experienced an issue with some of the waterline tiles falling off, which we later determined was most likely due to pressure from the existing coping and/or pool deck. Each time we reported the issue, Rammell was very responsive in getting back to us and sending someone out to inspect and repair the damage. After deciding the issue with the tiles would probably be an ongoing problem as long as we kept our circa 1965 pool coping and pool deck, we decided to hire Rammell to replace all of the old coping and pool deck, as well as the sidewalk leading to our front door. Rammell Construction recently performed a complete pool remodel at my home. It was a delight - the work was top-notch, and the project was done in an extremely professional manner. Juan made great recommendations on the best way to accomplish my goals and also referred me to a concrete company for the surrounding deck work and coping, also an amazing company. Rammell resurfaced, replumbed, tiled, added water features, added spa jets and reconfigured the seating, and replaced all the equipment. I couldn't be happier with the process or the results.
