They showed up promptly. That was the best part. It went down hill from there. The tech said that our opener was a dinosaur and that they no longer sell the drive belt for our opener. He informed us that the entire system needed to be replaced. The first quote, to replace the entire opener system was $900. When we baulked at that price, the tech said that he could do it as a 'side job' for $600 but that we would have to call the office to inform them of the repair/replacement. If it was a side job, why did we have to call his office. My husband looked on Amazon and found the exact belt. I think we will call a different company to install it.

Run don't walk away from this company. Terrible service that has only become worse. When the technician arrived to replace a garage door spring he told me the cost was $800 dollars. I told him I was quoted $215.00 per spring. He said he could not do the job for that amount. I told him never mind I would call someone else. He had the nerve to ask what I wanted to pay. I told him $215 per spring seemed fair. He initially refused, made several calls then came back and told me he would do it but that he could only warranty the springs for a year. He installed the springs and immediately the door began to have issues. After about 60 days the door failed. When I called to ask the company to warranty the work, I was told I should have called sooner if the door was not working correctly.
