Adriana is so professional and knowledgeable. She took our "emergency" request for a new key fob that no one else could handle, with no complaints and no delays. We spoke with her on Fri and by noon on Sat we were good to go! She also gave us a trick to start the car even if there's no battery in the fob. Valuable info to have! Locked myself out of my house, a personal nightmare of mine. After borrowing my kind neighbor's phone for a call to Ramona Locksmith, I was back inside within an hour. I didn't catch the name of the woman who came out, but she was very helpful and friendly, and while she unfortunately had to drill my lock out to get me back in (due to the type of lock I have), she did a excellent job drilling/replacing the lock cylinder without damaging anything else. Overall the process was quick and easy, and the price was reasonable. I would absolutely recommend Ramona Locksmith to anyone.

Had a car that I had lost the keys to. Despite a few issues getting information from the auto maker, Adriana was perfectly able to fix the problem, and make fresh keys and a key fob for my car. Would recommend.
