Rampart Supply

Retail shopping is a mixed bag at Rampart supply. We purchased a Delta shower handle valve body combination from Elysia on January 24th and were told it would be delivered in two weeks and someone would call when it was delivered. Two weeks went by and no call. I called on 12 Feb and was told someone would get back to me. Received a call back telling me it’s on back order and shipping would be delayed until 2/19. Not there fault but would have been nice to know so I could have had the chance to cancel the order and have Amazon fulfillment. We received a phone call on 2/24 stating the valve body was ready for pickup. We arrive there 2/27 and they couldn’t find it. They found it after a while of looking for it. My reco for Rampart is to communicate better & have better follow up. We went out
