Attempted to get an estimate for landscape services for a small complex - reaching out about 3 times. Customer service called, but with a question that pertained to another complex, so they had received my requests, just mixed up their correspondence, and when we cleared up the confusion of who they called, I was promised someone would contact me to speak about an estimate. They didn’t, so I reached out again. This company provides services to a complex directly across the street, so the ask was not complicated. I finally received an email in response saying their minimum was $1,500 a month and they would provide an estimate if we could meet that. Just awful. My complex in San Pedro hired them a year ago and what a mistake. They don't know what they are doing. Their flower beds are unattractive, they move plants around over and over because they planted them in the wrong place and are really rude. They don't know anything about plants, only plant about 5 types, plant ugly ones, rip out healthy plants and butcher trees, they OVER edge ruining the natural lines and blow debris on your front door. They stomp on the plants they just planted, never weed, never pick up trash, start at 7am and they are supposed to start later. Always on their phones chatting loudly, take long breaks and leave early.
