Beware - RSM Appliance Repair is NOT an actual business in RSM. It is a referral service to independent trades people. I contacted them about a water build-up problem in my Kitchenaid freezer. The 'technician' came that afternoon, and charged several hundred dollars to simply defrost and clear a drain tube (about 15 minutes work). This was, in fact helpful. However, he was unable to diagnose or cure a problem with the freezer door slides - the problem that was the cause of the original symptom of ice/water build-up. He actually knew nothing about the Kitchenaid appliance. (I later diagnosed and fixed the problem myself via YouTube).
