Recently I had an issue with my heater making loud noise. I reach out and send a video to Randy he was prompt to respond and came the next day he had diagnosed the issue and came prepared with part. He replaced my heater circulator pump the same day. My experiences with him have been great through out the past 10 years! He has replaced my heater, hot water heater and small issues in between.
