Randy used to do awesome work for me and my friends (even for the company I used to work for). Last week when I needed to have a new ac unit installed he gave me a total price. I asked him for a quote on paper so I could give to my godfather who would like to see the specifics. He never replied to me. After a week, when I called from a different number he said he wouldn’t “mess with it”. Very unprofessional and rude. Nothing wrong with not wanting to take the job because you’re busy, just be honest and polite about it. Anyway… he does a good job but DEFINITELY moody and rude. If I’m paying $7,0000 to a service provider he should be at least polite.

Another company wanted to charge me $15000 to "fix" my unit. I called Randy and they came out and not only fixed my unit but didn't overcharge me for things that didn't need. Thank you so much!! I would recommend them to everyone!

Great quality service and speed. Very reasonable pricing and by far the the best A/C company in the DeSoto County and surrounding areas. Theres other (cheaper) options out there, but they either lose your info after you call or disappear after the install has something go wrong. (If they show up at all) He gets it done right the first time. Which is worth a little more money to me than a lot more aggravation elsewhere. Very responsive and honest, so they have my business.

I called Randy Wesson Cooling & Heating due to my AC not cooling the house properly. It was 87 degrees in the house, and he sent a technician to my home within an hour of my call! Amazing! We have used his services before, and he's always been reliable. The technician was able to diagnose and fix the problem within 30 minutes. Fair pricing as well.
