Highly recommend SOAR for a/c repair and maintenance. Hunter came out and took care of us same day when our air quit on us. I really appreciate that he resolved the issue (a bad capacitor) quickly and also made time to check the system out thoroughly and clean the coils. The cost was very reasonable and fair. No gimmicks, no BS, just good, honest hometown people serving their community with integrity and pride. And even though he roots for the wrong football team (Go Noles!), I don't hold that against him.

I recently had the entire HVAC system replaced with a brand-new, green AC unit from SOAR - Steve Owens Air-conditioning and Refrigeration. Terry was my account manager. I found them to be reliable, helpful and very professional. The installation work was clean and quick. I highly recommend this company for your AC needs in the greater Arcadia area. I would rate them 10 stars if I could!

If I could give them 100 stars I would. Our house was flooded over 6 feet during hurricane Ian. Our AC was submerged for almost 2 weeks until the water receded and then sat for over 7 months while dealing with insurance. I called to get a quote to see how much a whole new AC system would be, thinking that it would not be repairable. They were able to save me THOUSANDS and repair my AC for $185. We’ve been through a lot and words can’t express how thankful we are for someone being honest, helpful, and not trying to profit on us through such a hard time. Don’t use anyone else!
