Randy is absolutely the best He responds quickly and can be counted on to come when he says he will. Once onside he goes to work quickly and efficiently, he knows what to do and will do what is needed. He will tell you if it is something that he can not fix and let you know what your options are . We always call him and trust what he says. Five star is not enough he deserves 10 stars at least. Whit and Barbara

On Oct 7th contacted Randy Walzier of Randy's Appliance Repair about the ice maker in my refrigerator. He said he could come Monday Oct 9 before noon. At 3:30pm I contacted him and we agreed to 10am on the following Monday. At 10:32am I texted to confirm he was coming. At 1:15pm he texted "I'm just getting back in town I can come by now". At 2:05pm I texted "That would be fine. I was on a call when you texted earlier. Let me know when to expect you" No additional contact since. Very unreliable. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this business.
