Beautiful showroom, most of the sales crew is kind and gives you a nice greeting and smile at the door. Ami Wainwright is the interior designer that assisted us on picking out just the right products to meet our needs. We LOVE our Graber sliding door cellular shade and the 2 bi-directional window cellular shades! It took a little over 3 weeks for our items to come, but well worth the wait!

An excellent experience here as we purchased new flooring. Salesman Cort Jordan helped us navigate through a wide variety of styles and patterns, the pricing was excellent and the install team were phenomenal! They did a fantastic job, cleaning up after themselves during the installation and after. A totally painless and positive experience from Randy’s flooring. Thank you!

Great costumer service. Friendly experience in the store. The carpet was installed around our schedule with no hassles. We did two rooms and have one room to go. I’m expecting the same professional experience.

Rating not related to the service, but for the behavior displayed by one of their employees/drivers. This morning around 7:45am, while taking my daughter to school, we were on I-80 east bound heading out of Cedar Rapids and were almost run off the road by one of their workers. He first started tailgating us when we were already going over 70mph in the left lane with traffic in front of us, to which I slowed down to about 69mph because he was riding so closely. He didn’t let up, so I will admit I flipped the bird, to which he then floored it over 80mph swerving and cutting me off ( he would have slammed into my daughters door with the trailer if I hadn’t slammed on the breaks.) He then proceeds to, take the next exit, towards Swisher. Hopefully the floor install was worth the almost nea

We had motorized window treatments installed followed by tile backsplashes (2). I worked with Ashley to select the right tiles for me and my mother in law and the right treatments for the slider and 6 windows. She was really great to work with, and has a good eye for color and style. The window treatment installer was timely, did a great job and was pleasant to work with as well. Our tile installer was excellent! He did a beautiful, clean installation and was very personable. We are very happy with all the work they all did. I highly recommend Randy's Flooring!
