I reached out and he contacted me the same day, and after we spoke on Friday, he was able to complete the inspection that following Monday morning. Being able to get on his schedule so quickly made the entire process much less stressful. After the inspection, he explained the majority of his findings in person, which I truly appreciated. Keith was amazing! I contacted him and within 2 days he had inspected the home I intend to buy. Not only that, he sent the detailed report with pictures, items needing repair and suggestions for maintenance items to increase the life of the material/appliance. He labeled where the gas shutoff and water shutoffs were too. As a single mom, I feel confident that I am purchasing a well built home that will last for years to come.

I was looking to purchase a very old house and was referred to Keith by a trusted friend. Things got complicated with the sale and I had to ask Keith to postpone twice, but when it was go-time he jumped on it. Keith spent 5-6 hours inspecting every nook and cranny and provided a much more detailed report than I expected. While I cannot get too detailed on the particulars of my purchase, a month after inspection Keith went out of his way to help me sort out things with the lender... things he didn't have to do.
