Wrench Works Plumbing

We just purchased our home and within a couple days sewage began backing up into our downstairs bathroom. We had a plumber come out and we’re told we needed to replace the entire main line running to the septic system at a cost of $1200. Our builder sent out James with Wrench Works Plumbing first thing the next morning. He scoped the drain and found a large chunk of broken toilet (presumably from the renovation) lodged in the drain. After some effort he was able to remove it from the pipe and saving me a ton of money. I would 100% recommend James if you need a plumber.

Highly recommend! Shower head was dripping and he was able to give me different options with pricing to fix issue. I Went ahead and went with a valve replacement as he was very reasonable on pricing and it wasn’t much more to get all new plumbing done. James was really nice, respectful, and honest. If you need a plumber I would 100% recommend James Dew to fix any issue you have. I will be using him and recommending him going forward.

James made it a priority to come to my home as soon as possible on the same day. He is a great guy and will let you know exactly what you have going on and the best steps to take to move forward. He fixed the issue on the spot and was extreamly fair in his pricing. I would recommend him to anyone in the area.
