Called rapid air at 4:00 am on a Sunday morning stating that my air conditioner had quit working. my call was returned some time later and the repair person stated he would be at my home between 6:30am and 7:00am when he arrive I said to him that the condenser fan motor and stopped working and he proceeded to replace the motor with a new motor from his repair van. He completed the task but I was told the motor cost was 585.00 dollars I thaught that was extremely high amount because I had priced the motor from a parts supplier before his arrival and the range was 65.00 to 104.00 dollars . When he was finished the ac unit worked normally again. The final bill I was handed was 750.00 dollars as he added service call , labor, tax. Worked was performed properly. Pablo at Rapid Air cleaned our air vents and the entire system at our downtown office. They were way overdue for a cleaning and he went over and above and made sure he got all the fine dust out of the ducts. He also tubed up our AC and made sure it was running correctly. 👍🏼
