Rapid Dry

On July 25th, we woke up to a flooded kitchen, dining room and basement. We had started the dishwasher before going to bed the night before and it had apparently malfunctioned. It was pouring water out the bottom of the machine. We called our insurance agent who recommended Matt with Rapid Dry. Even though I called him early in the morning, he quickly responded and we set up a game plan. He came out to inspect the damage and take moisture readings for insurance. We discovered some black mold in the lower level of our home, and we were referred to Matt Jenne at Rapid Dry by our contractor. Matt responded quickly to our request for a proposal. Matt and his crew did an excellent and expeditious job of removing the mold, and tested the air quality in the lower level of our home to ensure that all of the mold spores had been removed. Matt was very professional and provided all of the services included in his proposal. I would highly recommend Matt for this type of service.

I'm very thankful for Rapid Dry! If they hadn't come out on the weekend with their industrial dehumidifier. We would have lost so much more stuff in our basement. We recently had an excellent experience with Rapid Dry regarding our sunroom. After a heavy rain, we discovered that the walls and carpet were badly soaked. We reached out to Rapid Dry, and Matt promptly came to assess the situation. He was fantastic—explaining the entire process clearly and addressing all our questions.
