Quick response with quote and getting a tech scheduled. The tech they sent out to our house for celing and attic mold remediation was Devell and he was very professional and friendly. They stood by quote price and job looks great. FYI, they requested I pay on site which was different than what I was originally told.

One of our can lights was damaged during the removal process and nothing was mentioned to us by our tech. I noticed it myself later that day. I understand accidents happen and the manager I spoke to took care of it by offering us some compensation, which was appreciated. I also came home to find a large black garbage bag leaning against my fence with all of the waste from the job (containers from the solution sprayed to kill the mold, plastic sheeting, etc). I was never made aware that disposal of that was the responsibility of the customer. I have two dogs and a small child that easily could have gotten curious and got into the bag and come in contact with the leftover chemicals (which I was told is 1000x stronger than bleach) had I not found the bags myself first. I contacted the company to request an inspection and remediation assessment for possible mold issues at my property in NE Georgia. My understanding was that I would receive a professional evaluation of the house at the quoted price of $599. When the technician arrived, he appeared unaware of the scope of work I had discussed. He stated that he would perform a single mold test that would “cover the entire house.” When I asked about the full assessment, he explained that the test itself served that purpose. Same here. I was told on the phone they would test all the rooms and do surface swabs. The tech showed up took one livingroom sample and one outside. Did poor mold inspection given where water had come in from sill rott. He had no work order and took two photos before he left to show he was there??? Sounds suspicious to me and I am not going to pay for overpriced service that was not made clear up front.

Overall very good experience! Communication and explanation of planned work prior to the appointment was clear and comprehensive. The engineer who completed the work at my home (Damon) was professional, knowledgeable and polite. The work was completed in good time and to a high standard - all round a good experience!
