If I could give this 0 stars I would. This guy totally wrecked my driver door to the point where I couldn't close it. He had the nerve to ask me, "You can't drive it like this?" I am near 8 months pregnant, how could you ask that?! They said they would not only pay for the damages, but also give me a rental car. It's been a week and me and my insurance have heard nothing back except excuses and lies, saying they don't want to go through the insurance company or that they need my credit card and they will reimburse me. It's been a week and nothing has gotten done. It's just a horrible way to treat customers.

Don’t buy here tickets through ParkWhiz in this Parking. They don’t like that you get it cheaper and recommend you use another parking lot. Say “no space” and at the same time let cars much longer get in to the parking lot)
