I called these guys, and set up a time for a plumber to come and fix my kitchen sink. The plumber never showed up, and never called, so I had to call after waiting for the plumber for almost an hour, and ask what was up. After waiting for another 45 minutes or so after talking to the receptionist and hearing back, I finally get a call from the plumber saying there was an emergency and they couldn't come today.... almost THREE hours after they were scheduled to come. They never called me to cancel my appointment, and I understand that emergencies happen, but they didn't even give me a courtesy call to reschedule or let me know they couldn't make it. Just not showing up is completely unprofessional. Will not be working with there guys. Do not recommend, unless you want to be ghosted by your

Carlos came today and identified my sewer back up and took care it right away. Highly recommended Rapid for any plumbing job. Like the name says, very rapid and fast. Great work!!!

Service tech took advantage of my parents,being senior citizens. Refused to try and clean out sewer pipe with any device saying they were afraid blade would get stuck. Tech wanted to sell the much higher priced clean-out water jet instead. If this technician is representative of this company, then they are dishonest and poorly trained. When the driver arrived, he had to handle a complaint from a previous customer and kept my parents waiting in the sun with no greeting or explanation for 15 minutes. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

This company can do better. I hope they improve.
