They came in after the fire inspector was done doing their investigation and boarded up my house after the fire. Then after the insurance was finally ready to settle, they came back in and demo'ed the inside of the house. They did a really good job cleaning everything and hauling it all off in a big roll off dumpster that was really full of a lot of my lost memories from the fire. Was a great house in a great neighborhood with all good neighbors in a cul-de-sac. They was a very big help.

I can say 10 stars … I had an excellent experience with this company and their entire team while dealing with a stressful water and mold issue in my home. From the very beginning, their response time was incredibly fast — Eric showed up ready to help and immediately made me feel that the situation was under control. I have to say all the team: Eric, Flavio, Diguan, Cassandra, John, Jonathan, Rosa, were professional, knowledgeable, and well-equipped with the right tools and technology to properly assess and resolve the problem. They handled mold testing thoroughly and explained every step of the process clearly, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. We couldn’t be anymore pleased by the work done by Elias and his team at Rapid Recovery. We had a AC drain line issues resolved but noticed water damage in our guest room closet because of that problem. I cut off a piece of drywall to check for mold and a good amount was in the inside. We called a few companies for quotes on demolition and mold remediation but no one came close to the price and job quality done by Rapid Recovery Team. After all was done, our guest room was left clean as it was before. Elias also gave some good knowledge to know as a homeowner. I highly recommend Elias and his team Rapid Recovery Team.
