From the first meet and greet through the process of Rapid Response communicating with my insurance carrier, through the completion of replacing the shingles - trim and roof vents on the house, the team kept me updated every Step of the way. They were so helpful and explained things as the process progressed. They also replaced the shingles and trim on my garage. I am very happy with the outcome and my new shingles complement the color of my siding and foundation color. These are multi-colored blue/navy blue. I would highly recommend Rapid Response. The cost of doing the house was pd by the insurance company, plus my deductible. The garage, I had to pay bc the damage was the result of improper installation from a different company. So my out of pocket cost was approximately $6,700.

They live up to their name for sure! Not even a week after the hail storm in our area, Dante VanMeter came to inspect the storm damage. He helped us make the claim with our insurance that same day! He was so helpful and informative about the process. The guys at Rapid Response handle everything dealing with the insurance after we filed the claim. The assistant manager, Gavyn Mead, came to give us the price estimate and help us choose our shingles. He was so helpful explaining everything in the process of replacing our roof. When we got the money for the materials from the insurance company, the materials and crew manager called us to set up the date for them to deliver materials and get the job done. We are very impressed with the way Rapid Response handles everything. We highly recommend

We were very pleased with their service, from their representative. to the workers doing it. . So impressed with on how quick the team got it stripped and shingled. they did a fantastic job. so pleased with their work and the clean up was awesome, could not even tell they had done it or were even here. other than now have a great roof.
